Recycl’air MRA2000

They help prevent any risk of biocontamination while ensuring a clean zone around users and protecting sensitive equipment.
Like our Air Handling Unit, our laminar airflow ceilings are designed with the same philosophy of compactness and flexibility, allowing them to adapt to each project’s specific requirements while minimizing installation constraints and simplifying the integration process.
A2I offers airflow ceilings in different sizes and shapes to adapt to all room configurations while allowing optimal integration of lighting, filtration, and ventilation modules. Available in various designs, these ceilings feature a modular construction made from electro-galvanized steel sheet with powder coating (or stainless steel).
We also offer an option for real-time filter clogging monitoring through pressure sensors, allowing operators to easily identify when terminal filters require replacement. Airflow is calculated based on an air velocity between 0.25 m/s and 0.35 m/s across the filtration surface in compliance with the April 2013 version of the NF S90-351 standard for ISO 5 operating theatres. The ceilings are available in two heights: 450 mm and 300 mm. We also provide installation services, filter assembly, and Emery testing for our laminar airflow ceilings.
If the air treatment system is not able to provide sufficient airflow for the size of the LAF ceiling, we offer the RECYCL’AIR system, a recirculation module designed to increase the required air change rate. Another advantage is that, thanks to its smart regulation unit, switching between the different operating modes is easy: standby, reduced operation, normal operation, and rapid decontamination.
